What’s cooler than building a tiny house in a tree? Getting a TV show about it.

A custom treehouse in Fayette County will be featured in a television show on Animal Planet Friday.

Treehouse builder Django Kroner and his team at The Canopy Crew, are the focus of a new television pilot, “Canopy Kings,” which airs at 10 p.m. Sept. 22.

Kroner said he couldn’t divulge details about the treehouse featured in the show, except to say that “it’s our best one yet.”
